Champion Mindset

The Programme

Working across Hull, we aim to empower children and their families to make a positive change and tackle the stigma that still remains with regards to our mental health.

With people struggling with their mental health it is vitally important that we continue the campaign to engage people in this conversation. Through physical activities and open conversation about a variety of subjects we can provide a vital intervention and open up communication to support people in a potential time of need
