Job Title: Head of Programmes and Impact
The Foundation are looking for an inspirational leader to join the team to manage and develop our four delivery pillars. Following the most successful period in the clubs history, the Foundation are looking to further spread the impact of our work and create the same level of success off the pitch. We are based in East Hull, however deliver across Hull and East Yorkshire with ambitious plans to serve more people through aspirational and inspiring programmes working in collaboration with partners to serve our communities.
The Head of Programmes and Impact builds upon the change in management structure that began in January 2025 and will provide our delivery team with more focussed support, opportunity to development new streams of work and grow our existing provision. The ideal candidate needs to bring an ambitious energy with a high level of resilience as we continue to navigate the charity world.
